Simply Fresh is the dream come true of two entrepreneurs, Sachin Darbarwar and Shweta Darbarwar.

This husband and wife team has earned more than a decade of fruitful experience in information technology. Both have also showed marvelous zeal for our farming practices in Australia and New Zealand.

Simply Fresh was established in 2010 as a full-scale and HACCP Certified our farm at Shameerpet, Hyderabad. It is only by 2014, we took our first order from Singapore and Malaysia, for the supply of micro greens.

Our our farms are enabled by latest soilless farming technology of Australia and New Zealand. In Hyderabad, we serve top hotels, multi-cuisine restaurants and retail outlets, by supplying micro greens on custom order basis.

Our produce stands unique for genuine taste, rich aroma and aesthetic appeal. Our ready-to-eat salad boxes, which are a genre apart, meet sumptuously the taste and health needs of people.

OUR VISION

This means growing on no new land; capturing rainwater; recirculating 100% of irrigation water and nutrients -

Reducing energy use; composting green waste; using biological controls instead of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides ; and delivering produce to customers on the same day it’s harvested. This also means developing the expertise and technology to make this type of agriculture efficient, data-driven, and scalable. In doing so, we’re demonstrating that large urban and peri-urban rooftop farms are a commercially viable way to feed cities.Our vision is also to support and promote local food systems. This means we source from partner farms and food makers who share our values of providing fresh, local, responsible, and artisanal products to urban populations.
