Position Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Simply Fresh Pvt LTD Brand Marketing team based in Hyderabad, India as Brand Manager. As our Brand Manager you will look after a category leading portfolio| Packaging Upgrade | Product renovation | Category campaigns etc. This role will be required to solve complex business problems that influence availability, reliability, performance, and other key differentiators. This role possesses basic leadership skills, technical expertise and aptitude.

Roles & Responsibilities

As our Brand Manager you will look after a category leading portfolio| Packaging Upgrade | Product renovation | Category campaigns etc. This role will be required to solve complex business problems that influence availability, reliability, performance, and other key differentiators. This role possesses basic leadership skills, technical expertise and aptitude.

  • Build Brand strategy & define brand guidelines, brand vision & value proposition
  • Activation and evaluation of marketing initiatives
  • Execute a multi-channel category campaign including digital communications
  • Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence business outcomes
  • A&P management; forecasting, & reporting
  • Implementation of the quarterly brand plans as well as supporting development of the one-year to three-year brand strategy, to deliver the brand business objectives and consumer/shopper goals.
  • A creative nature, the ability to think innovatively, and strong stakeholder engagement skills would also be beneficial.
  • Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Manage brands profitably and New Product Development
    Identifying new business opportunities in the various categories handled by meeting
  • consumers regularly and being aware of need gaps in the market and tapping those areas.
  • Develop the category /brand strategy that delivers consumer loyalty and generates demand.
  • Develop and execute category advertising and promotion campaigns with cost effective media mix to support brand objectives.
  • Coordinate all category product initiatives through the entire value chain to ensure seamless
  • execution and profitable growth
  • Evaluating the role of the digital medium in every campaign & working with the brand team to arrive at best possible solution
  • Creating an image of company in all the networking sites which will result in a big fan following 
  • Managing the brand conversations and content on social communities like Face book, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, website etc.
  • Coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure timely updates on Product stories, Store locations, Media Archive and PR content on the website 
  • Brand custodian for all activities on E commerce.
  • Finalizing the Digital calendar and budgets for the Brand

Skill Requirements

  • Brand Manager ideally from FMCG or OTC (both would be great). You will have solid activation experience – multi-channel – with a focus on digital communication.
  • Brand Management experience in FMCG; OTC; Consumer or HCP marketing
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience managing marketing projects
  • Fantastic analysis skills – Aztec & IMS ideally
  • A real people person with great influencing skills
  • 6-10 years of total work experience in sales in FMCG / Agri (Start-up experience, Food & Agri experience rewarded)
  • Good team management and communication skills.
  • Should be willing to travel out of station.
  • A highly visible role with the scope to influence and put your own stamp on it
  • Look after a multi-channel portfolio across HORECA; Retail, corporate and consumer
