Position Description

Seeking for Energetic individual who possess experience in Nutraceutical product management (Forecast availability, Listing Merchandising, Shelf share and pricing), Sales Management(Target, Margins, Category & Promotions).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the overall execution of Nutraceutical Sales Target & payment collections follow up.
  • Meeting the buyers and category managers for their respective accounts on a regular basis to understand their changing needs.
  • Responsible for achieving planned sales in the domestic and export market.
  • Understand the various trends in the nutraceutical domain.
  • Liaise actively with the R & D team to explore new products – Green field.
  • Maintain good relations with the current set of buyers, explore new business with them or ways to enhance their efficiency.
  • Motivate and lead sales officer team to achieve desire objectives set by company.
  • Resolving on the day-to-day issues, if any to the account of Buyer /logistics/ procurement/ R & D and sorting the same at the earliest.
  • Ensure correct pricing of products to maximize margins.
  • Explore innovative avenues to sell nutraceutical products – like Modern trade supermarkets
  • Keep a keen lookout for reporting trade information, competitors’ activities and market intelligent to the company.
  • Manage accounts receivables, responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts if any.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • 8-12 years minimum Sales experience in Nutraceutical industry.
  • Understands the various nutraceutical products including their origin and extraction method.
  • Has good market knowledge of both domestic and international markets.
  • Takes initiative on new product development basis consumer demand.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Sales and goals-oriented personality.
